Art Space Rentals:
Renting a space for your art ranges from $150-500. Feel free to inquire if you are interested in renting a space. We have 6x7x8 foot spaces with windows and privacy, as well as some public viewing. We also have a $500/month private office space for classes, massage, etc.
Class Rentals:
Class rentals are $35-50/hr. These are in the full-length public space and include ample floor-length mirrors and dance-able floors.
Wall Rentals (rotating):
Artists make 75% of their hanging cost participating in our rotating monthly shows. We have three galleries and each is $25/month.
Friday-Saturday Show Rentals:
Rent our beautiful gallery for a 2-hour to 4-hour show Friday-Saturday:
$150/2 hours
$200/3 hours
$250/4 hours
This does NOT include 1 hour for set-up and 1 hour for break-down, as those hours are free. 🙂
Sunday-Thursday Rentals
Rent our beautiful space between Sunday and Thursday for up to 4 hours for $150. This breaks down to $35/hour. Just as it is $35/hour for a rental period between Sunday-Thursday, it is also $35 for classes.
Movie Screening Rentals:
$125/1hour
$150/2 hours
$200/3 hours
